Accounts & access

Authenticated access is powered by Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, ensuring that only authorized users access your property data, and that invite-only roles remain accurate.

Acceptable use

You will use VP2Parking solely for lawful purposes related to visitor parking, property management, and towing-operations coordination. You will not attempt to access data you are not authorized to view or disrupt service for other users.

Visitor registrations

Visitors are responsible for entering accurate license plate, unit, and vehicle information. Properties set their own rules for duration, fees, and limits; VP2Parking enforces those rules but does not override property-level decisions.

Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe. Applicable fees, revenue share, refunds, and chargebacks are governed by each property's payment configuration. VP2Parking does not hold funds and is not responsible for disputes between visitors and properties.

Data

We store data necessary to operate the platform, including registration history, access logs, and configuration set by property managers. We retain logs for auditing and fraud prevention.

Liability

VP2Parking is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VP2Parking will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including towing decisions made by property staff or contractors.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
